Your Concierge to the Magic!

Hello & welcome to my business page! My name is Katie Kloss and I am the owner & concierge vacation planner of Concierge to the Magic Vacations! My agency is boutique & is just me. I want to share with you all my background and where it all began, leading me to 2020 and putting my dreams into a reality! It all started with 'growing up Disney'. My parents first took me to Walt Disney World at 5 months old. We would continue to go every year, 2x a year. In 1995 my parents became DVC Members and our home resort became Disney's Vero Beach Resort. I was very lucky to have been able to experience and stay in all the Walt Disney World Resorts including Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. I was able to sail on the Disney Magic in its inaugural year and fell totally in love. At the time, I was only a teenager, Fast forward to 'college years', I had the absolute pleasure and honor to work as a Walt Disney World Cast Member in 2006. My knowledge and passion grew even deeper during that experience. After completing my internship working in Walt Disney World, I returned home and started to work in the travel industry as a travel consultant. I previously worked for a well-known travel agency for 8 years and quickly became their Disney Specialist. Overall I have over 15+ years experience in the travel industry! In 2019, while I was an independent contractor for a previous agency, I was ranked in the top 5 highest sales! 

I truly believe in quality OVER quantity. That is why I am boutique and focus & specialize truly on just Disney Destinations - especially Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line! 

I have been fortunate to have been able to experience Disney with my family growing up, as a solo traveler on many trips and even got to take my little princess on her first Disney Cruise at only 6 months old in October 2022 as a proud 'Disney Mom'!

I have been to Disneyland, California 3 times so far! It is where all the Magic began. I have also sailed on 5 of the soon to be 8 total Disney Cruise Line Ships: Magic, Wonder, Dream, Fantasy and the Wish. I am very excited to sail on Disney's newest ships debuting : Disney Treasure, Disney Adventure & Disney Destiny! I am a Platinum Castaway Club member. I have personally been to Disney's Vero Beach Resort many times and Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort. 

I have also been an Annual Passholder (AP) for Walt Disney World and go as often as possible.  In the last 2 years I've been to Disney about a dozen times!

It has always been my dream and passion to open my own travel agency with focus on Disney & here we are in the beginning of a new decade and year - 2020 - and Concierge to the Magic Vacations became a reality!
I live in Pennsylvania with my daughter Madison who was born in April 2022 .
As you can see from my personal experience, professional experience and superior knowledge of Disney Destinations, it would be my pleasure to help assist you with your vacation!
